| Bike Room |
A bike room is located in the garage behind the garage office. A reservation fee is $50 per bike, registered on an annual basis.
New wall racks were installed along the wall and metal fencing. These areas are reserved spaces for owners and renters. There are open areas for residents that prefer a floor space. The floor spaces to require registration and are $50. Please request the bike registration form and indicate your preference of a floor or wall rack.
Please no unregistered bikes. Unregistered bikes may be cut, removed and held for thirty days.
