Basic extended cable service is provided as part of each unit's assessment. If your TV is cable ready simply connect the main service cable from the wall plate via the RCN provided cable box to the back of your TV. The main service wall plate is located in the living room, some units may have them located in the bedroom area. Please contact RCN for additional  optional services such as TIVO, internet or premium channels.  

Pricing for additional charges changes on a routine basis.  Attached is the current basic line up as of 4/2013.  

The contact number for RCN is 312-955-2500.  You may report any outages to RCN and the Management Office.  

If your TV is not cable ready; you will need a converter or cable box.  There is a deposit for the box that is usually received via USPS.
